Serj AI provides AI-powered SMS and web concierge services for independent hospitality operators, including surf camps, fishing lodges, dive operators, boat charters, coliving spaces, and short-stay rentals. The service enables property operators to deploy an AI concierge that answers guest questions, captures booking inquiries, and manages guest communications.

By using Serj AI — whether as a host operator or as a guest interacting with a Serj AI concierge — you agree to these terms.

By texting a number powered by Serj AI, you consent to receive SMS messages on behalf of the host property you are contacting.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further messages. Reply HELP to receive support information.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to use Serj AI to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service

Setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been deployed to production.

Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis beginning after the initial setup period. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to tim@nomaddigs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.

Serj AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stolzenberger Holdings LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Serj AI. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active host operators of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
